With six engaged couples jetting off to Mexico, Netflix dating show Love Is Blind actually had two other engaged couples that didn't make the cut. Ouch.
Whether you're team Lauren and Cameron, Jessica and Mark, or Jessica and erm... Barnett, Love Is Blind is the Netflix show that everyone has become addicted to by way of fast-moving blind dates that turn into engagements after 10 days.

While we eagerly await to find out who survived Mexico and made it down the aisle in the final episode, it turns out there were two more couples who got engaged, but didn't make the cut. Harsh.
Remember Rory Newbrough?
He was the professional Twitch streamer that made an appearance in the first four episodes of the show, mostly appearing to give advice to Barnett, and popped the question in the pods to Danielle Drouin, who only appeared in a few shots at the very beginning of the first episode.
Rory told Women's Health that within three days the couple would end up "spending 19 or 20 hours a day talking" and said his engagement didn't get shown because producers turned round and said "Good luck, thanks for joining us, but we just can't cover your story" - after they got eight engagements and not the two they were predicting.
Whether that's true or not, the connection between the couple was "one-sided" and they broke up soon after, which meant they wouldn't have gone on the couples trip to Mexico anyway.

With his mysterious disappearance out of nowhere on the show, people began to question whether he was one of the producers, but the actual creators of the show admit they just simply had too many success stories to document.
Creator and producer, Chris Coelen, told Entertainment Weekly: “As a producer I was kind of nervous like, is anybody actually gonna get engaged? Is anyone going to make it to the altar? And, in the end, we actually had more couples get engaged than we were able to follow on the show.”
The show tried to remain tight-lipped on who the other couple was, but we've since found out that it's 29 year old life coach, Westley Baer, and sales manager, Lexie Skipper - who also broke ties, but still remain friends.
While we didn't get to see much of either of them on the show either, we've since discovered Lexie also has a little tie to Netflix show Cheer - as she used to be part of the Louisville All-Girl cheer squad and competed at the notorious Daytona competition that we see Navarro college compete at in the show.
Is an epic Love Is Blind x Cheer crossover incoming? We sure hope so.
Love Is Blind resumes 27th February.
