Jordyn Woods will appear on Grown-ish as a freshman student named Dee. Grown-ish returns on June 5.
Jordyn Woods has just landed her first big acting role on Freeform's Grown-ish. The model and influencer heads to scripted television as Dee, a freshman student described as having a "sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability." Her character will reportedly share scenes with Aaron (played by Trevor Jackson).
Jordyn shared the news with her 9.9 million Instagram followers, along with a sneak peak of her character. "This was the first role I've ever booked and i was nervous at first but got past that and had the best time," Jordyn wrote in her caption.
Grown-ish returns to Freeform on June 5 for the nine remaining episodes in season 2. It is unclear how many episodes Jordyn will appear in.
While this is her first scripted role, Jordyn has, of course, been featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Life of Kylie as Kylie Jenner's BFF. Their public falling out over Tristan Thompson scandal rumours played out in the press this year and was explained more in depth during Jordyn's Red Table Talk appearance.
The Kar-Jenners recently reacted to the drama in a new promo for KUWTK.
Since the drama in late February, Jordyn has gone on to star in her first music video for Justin Roberts' "Way Too Much" and recently launched a new collection for her athleisure line, SECNDNTURE.
