Zendaya teases 'bridge' episode of Euphoria after Season 2 is delayed
The two new episodes will bridge the gap between Euphoria season 2 and the first season.
Euphoria hive assemble. The wait for new episodes is nearly over. HBO have just announced when the show is coming back.
Ever since the Euphoria season 1 finale aired in 2019, viewers have been desperate to find out exactly what happens to Rue and the rest of the characters next. Euphoria season 2 was originally scheduled to air at some point this year, however, due to coronavirus, production was delayed severely and HBO later revealed that season 2 probably won't air until 2022.

Thankfully, fans don't have to wait that long to see more though. Two new episodes of the show are airing this December.
When are Euphoria's new episodes coming out?
Taking to her Instagram and Twitter accounts last night (Oct 19), Zendaya confirmed the exciting news. She wrote: "We really missed them. Two special Euphoria episodes coming soon. First one December 6th on @hbo". She also posted a teaser pic for the new episodes in which Rue's reflection can be seen in Jules' eye, so we imagine Hunter Schafer will be in them.
Zendaya first teased the special episodes on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in August. She explained: "We might end up doing a little bridge episode. An episode that we can do with a limited amount of people in a safer environment that can give people something—because we also miss Euphoria as the people who create it, too—and give everyone who loves the show a little something so we have something to live on until we are able to go into Season 2."
Bring on December 6th!
