Baby Yoda toys are coming to Build-A-Bear

Baby Yoda truly ruled 2019 and continues to be a part of our lives in 2020. We’ve had Baby Yoda drinking soup memes, which turned out to be a very relatable representation of our lives, and then we had news that a range of Baby Yoda merch might be coming, including a beauty line.
Well, now you’ll be able to get your hands on your own Baby Yoda (sort of). Toy shop Build-A-Bear has announced it’ll be releasing its own toy version of the character from Star Wars TV spinoff The Mandalorian, to add to the range of toys it already sells from the TV show.
There’s no official images of the Baby Yoda toy yet but a leaked image from a press conference announcing the toy shows it’s set to be pretty cute.

Announcing the news, Build-A-Bear CEO Sharon Price John said: "I'm excited to share we will be one of the first companies to provide the digital and internet phenomenon who is trending higher than all the presidential candidates combined.
"We now will have The Child, also known as Baby Yoda."
Build-A-Bear hasn’t set a definite date as of yet, but they have said it’ll be released within the ‘next few months’.
