Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Cody Fern and Leslie Grossman are all returning to the AHS: 1984 cast as well as Matthew Morrison (with a huge fake penis.)
Pack your bags, kids... we're going to summer camp! The American Horror Story: 1984 cast has just been announced in a brand new teaser video and it looks amazing.
In a series of videos shared to Ryan Murphy's Instagram to celebrate the first day of filming season 9, the main cast all appear as their characters in a wooden cabin - all dressed head to toe in '80s clothing looking I-CON-IC.

While there was a ton of speculation about what the 1984 theme would be, it's now been officially confirmed that we're about to live through an '80s themed slasher season, set at a summer camp. Yes kids, your years-long dream has finally just come true!
The cast for this particular season also looks very different to what we've been treated to in the past few years. The younger cast members seem to be taking centre stage this year, with no Evan Peters or Sarah Paulson appearing in the video. Take a look at the full cast list below.

So far, no other names have been announced. Sarah Paulson is not included in the line up, after it was reported that she will be stepping back from her usual starring roles in the series. Evan Peters and Billy Eichner have also already stated that they will not be part of the new season.
Other notable AHS names such as Lily Rabe, Kathy Bates and Adina Porter are also not included in the line up but there's still a possibility that they could show up in smaller roles.
