Glee's Matthew Morrison is in AHS: 1984 and fans are losing it over his fake penis

Matthew Morrison stripped completely naked as Trevor Kirchner in the first episode of American Horror Story season 9.

American Horror Story: 1984 is finally here and fans can't get over Glee star Matthew Morrison's fake penis in the show.

American Horror Story season 9 premiered last night (Sep 18) and it did not disappoint. AHS: 1984 is the show's first slasher series and it's set in a mysterious summer camp in, you guessed it, the year 1984. Evan Peters may be giving this season a miss but AHS fan favourites Emma Roberts, Cody Fern and Billie Lourd all hold their own, alongside new cast members Angelica Ross, DeRon Horton and Gus Kenworthy. It's early days but 1984 already looks set to be a brilliant season of AHS.

However, it's Matthew Morrison, as Trevor Kirchner, who's really stealing the show and it's all thanks to his penis.

Viewers will likely know Matthew best for his starring role as show choir director Will Schuester on Glee but his part in 1984 is a little less wholesome. In fact, it's not family friendly at all. Trevor Kirchner arrives at Camp Redwood with a very interesting backstory. Trevor reveals that he was originally supposed to star in a famous Jane Fonda workout video but had to be cut from it because “one part of him” was too distracting.

And that part is his penis. As soon as Matthew appears on the show as Trevor decked in short shorts and a porn stache, his enormous bulge takes centre stage. The fake appendage is impossible to miss and it immediately catches camp counsellor Montana Duke's eye (Billie Lourd). Later the two of them go skinny dipping together in the lake and Trevor strips totally naked and performs oral sex on Montana.

It's a far cry from Glee. Naturally, viewers are losing it over the fake penis. Here are just a few of the reactions so far.
