TMZ reported earlier today that Mac Miller has passed away aged 26.
According to the news outlet, Mac was found dead at his home in San Fernando Valley in LA after an apparent overdose.
In the wake of the news, fans and friends of Mac have reached out via social media to pay their respects to the rapper and send their love and support to those closest to him. Celebrities including Chance the Rapper, Shawn Mendes and Solange have all tweeted kind words about Mac and what he meant to them.
I dont know what to say Mac Miller took me on my second tour ever. But beyond helping me launch my career he was one of the sweetest guys I ever knew. Great man. I loved him for real. Im completely broken. God bless him.
