In a new profile with Paper Magazine, Billie revealed more about living with Tourette Syndrome and handling her tics.
Last year Billie Eilish revealed that she had been diagnosed with Tourette syndrome as a child. The star opened up about living with Tourette syndrome last November after fans began editing together videos of her facial tics. At the time, Billie says she never talked about it "because nobody thinks I'm deadass," but recently the singer opened up about her condition in Paper Magazine.

“The internet hasn’t really seen the bad ones, because I’m really good at suppressing them. The thing is, the longer you suppress them, the worse they get afterwards," she explained.
"I’m sure one day everyone will see the tic attacks that happen when I’m stressed and haven’t slept. But it could be a lot worse, and it’s not, and I’m grateful for that. And you know what, it’s fucking whatever.”
The NHS labels Tourette Syndrome as "a condition that causes a person to make involuntary sounds and movements called tics".
In her November statement, Billie also said that she'd grown up with TS and that it's something she is "used to".
Billie is preparing for the release of her debut album WHEN WE FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO. The 17-year-old singer will perform in Europe and the US on her 2019 tour dates.
