Bhad Bhabie says she wants restraining order against her father

Bhad Bhabie's father Ira claimed her mother Barbara "continually beats" her.
Bhad Bhabie has said that she wants a restraining order against her father Ira Peskowitz after he accused her mother Barbara Ann Bregoli of abusing her in a Facebook post.
In the post, Ira wrote: "There is a video of the mother with mental disorders hitting my daughter once more, and she was removed from her Instagram. But it shows that the mother continually beats my daughter and the State Attorney’s office calls it Corporal Punishment! #Judge Delgado, you had no idea, and you have no idea what my daughter is going through now and in the past. You had the responsibility to protect a child and defend my parental rights…you failed."

Bhad Bhabie, who recently decided to come off of Instagram for her mental health, decided to return to the platform on Monday (20 Jan) to criticise her father's parenting skills. In an Instagram post, which has now been deleted, the rapper claimed that Ira cheated on her mother and then walked out of their lives.
"I want a restraining order against this man," she said, alongside a photo of the Facebook post. "This is my biological father but is also the same man who walked out on my mother when I was three months old for some stripper that he met in Canada then got married to her 27 March 2004 – the day after my first birthday which he wasn’t EVEN THERE FOR."
Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, went on to claim that her father is only now speaking out because he wants the "spotlight". She added: "This man makes a big deal out of everything I can’t even post a video as a joke without this man making it seem more than it is. All he wants is spot light when he really needs mental help! This man is mentally ill. Wasn’t only cheating on my momma with strippers but men too #seekhelp."

In an emotional Instagram Live, Bhad Bhabie also went off on Ira for disrespecting her mother, who raised her singlehandedly.
"Now all of a sudden this man want to get on the internet and bash my mother? Listen here you punk, let me tell you something, you ain't done a goddamn mother-fucking thing for me my whole life," she screamed. "I have received one gift from you that I'm sure you didn't buy, I'm sure your mother bought it. So please. I ain't received anything. My mother has done everything for me. Everything! You haven't done a damn thing."
Bhad Bhabie has previously spoken about the strained relationship with her father, who was in a relationship with her mother for one year, in her music.
In her 2017 track 'Roll In Peace (Remix)', she rapped: "My daddy ain't buy it he left me in private / And tried to come back when he seen I was shining / But fuck him I'm grinding."
