Bella Thorne breaks down on stage after reading a poem about her father's death

Bella Thorne can really do it all. She can act, sing, design and now she's an author. Bella just released a poetry vinyl audiobook, The Life of a Wannabe Mogul, and it's extremely personal.

The "B*TCH I'M BELLA THORNE" singer read passages from her book at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall. The poems and short essays delved deeply into her love life, wild child reputation and relationship with her father, Reinaldo "Rey" Thorne.
Bella was just nine when he passed away and it all became a little too much when it came to talking about her father on stage. Bella was overcome with emotion and began wiping away tears. "I just want to say that my dad might be dead, but I believe in something, and I believe he would be proud of me," Bella told the audience at the end of her performance.
The "Midnight Sun" actress has previously shared a snippet of herself rehearsing a poem about her father's death on Instagram – and it's emotional.
"Daddy, daddy, now you're in a hole," she read. "Daddy, daddy, lying there oh so cold. Daddy, daddy bugs surrounding your heart. Daddy, daddy, lying in the dark."
In an interview with Page Six following the show, Bella revealed that the vinyl that accompanies the book includes the sound of a motorcycle crash and music composed by her boyfriend, Mod Sun. She also said that she didn't have an editor change anything in the book, which was written on a typewriter, including spelling mistakes.
