Reddit user 'eavesdroppingyou' has discovered a simple but incredible hack to get more memory.

So firstly just try to 'rent' a movie with a large file size. (Note you the movie you try 'renting' must be BIGGER than the storage you have remaining. So that's why a whopper of a film like LOTR 2 would be a good choice.) To see how much storage you have left just head to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud.

And don't panic when you hit 'rent', your credit card won't be charged, however your iPhone will work it's magic in the background and clear out all the old crap.
