Kourtney Kardashian has given birth to her baby boy with Travis Barker, their first child together and their seventh between them.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed their first baby together, a baby boy to join their brood of Mason, Penelope, Reign, Landon, Alabama and Atiana.
Their newborn is Kourtney's fourth child and third son; she shares her first three with ex Scott Disick, and is Travis' second son and fourth child. He has two kids and a stepdaughter from his relationship with Shanna Moakler.
The arrival of their baby boy, named Rocky, was confirmed by a People source on November, 4, 2023.
Kourtney and Travis had been open about their attempts at IVF before falling pregnant earlier this year, documenting their journey on The Kardashians series one and two after they got married last summer in Italy.
They announced their happy news in June, with Kourtney recreating a Blink-182 music video by holding up a sign reading, 'Travis I'm pregnant,' at one of the band's concerts. Weeks later they shared their baby's gender, revealing they were expecting a baby boy.
In September the couple faced a health scare regarding their baby boy after Kourtney was rushed to hospital with complications which left her needing emergency fetal surgery.
They're yet to share the specific details about the terrifying ordeal but Kourtney addressed the hospital dash after husband Travis postponed Blink-182's tour dates to jet back to the US to be with his wife.

She wrote on Instagram: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.
“Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
Fetal surgery is a procedure performed on an unborn baby while they’re still developing in the uterus to help reduce the effects of specific birth defects and improve the long-term outcome of the child's health.
It’s used to treat a variety of life-threatening anomalies in babies before they’re born.
