It turns out that we've all been pronouncing Chrissy Teigen's name wrong - including Chrissy, herself. So how exactly do you say it?

But the real problem is... We've all been pronouncing her name wrong, all of these years.

After one fan pointed out that we've been mispronouncing the model and author's name wrong, Chrissy said "word! gave up a long time ago. last name is tie-gen not tee-gen".

We feel like our whole life has been a lie. TIE-GEN?! WHAT? Chrissy even had to get her own mother to help confirm the pronunciation, after even Chrissy admitted to saying it incorrectly.

"I know. I even correct people when they say it correctly. it’s all v effed up" said Chrissy. If that's even her real name? Maybe it's pronounced as Chri-chy? Who knows anymore?!
