RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Drive in Movie’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 27th July to Thursday 6th August 2015 on Capital Manchester.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word BAG to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
5. We will play out a piece of audio of the Breakfast Team acting out a famous movie and listeners will need to text in the name of the film.
6. A correct answer will be picked at random and the winner will be called and notified on air.

7. Entrants must be aged 15 years old.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. Prize is a VIP car entry into that week’s film for them and 2 mates which will include getting to watch the film in a VIP car on the front row with food & drink plus a home cinema system for the winner. (four in total).
10. Food & drink will be for a maximum of 3 people per car. The food will be from Carrs Pasties and the winners will get one each, along with a soft drink each too.

Terms & Conditions:
Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

14. Winners from the W/C Monday 27th July will be sent to the film screening at Lancashire County Cricket Club on Thursday 30th July
15. Winners from the W/C Monday 3rd August will be sent to the film screening at Bolton Macron Stadium on Thursday 6th August 2015
16. Prizes are non transferrable and there are no alternative dates available
17. Winners will need to provide ID on entry to the film
18. Films are subject to availability
19. Films can be changed at any time due if there are availability issues
20. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
