Terms & Conditions

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Stubhub radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 9th May 2016 to Friday 13th May 2016 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital London.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the competition entrants must send a text message with their answer when prompted by the presenter, to the number read out on air. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
  2. One entrant will be selected at random from all correct text entries and will be brought to air. They will automatically win one ticket to that day’s music gig and £500 spending money just for being selected. On-Air they will then be asked three questions. For each question they answer correctly they will win an extra ticket for a friend. Each question they get wrong will mean one less friend they can take.

Eligibility:

  1. Winners must be aged 18 and over
  2. Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like.

Prize:   up to 4 x tickets to Adele in Barcelona on 24th May with return flights, transfers and overnight stay at the 4 star Silken Concordia Hotel.


Prize Terms and conditions

  • All tickets are for the date and artists stated and are non transferable
  • Maximum of x4 tickets per event for winners
  • £500 will be provided via cheque or bank transfer into the named winners account.
  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Flight will depart London Heathrow on Tuesday 24th May and return to London Heathrow on Wednesday 25th May 2016. 

  • Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. 

  • Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 

  • Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two people sharing two twin or double rooms (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out. 

  • Tickets and travel will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. 

  • Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
