Because beauty is pain… and itching… and irritation.
The internet is losing it over this pair of high-cut bikini bottoms, which could probably pass for dental floss. The viral creation was made by Aussie fashion brand Beginning Boutique, who shared a photo of a model wearing the ridiculous pair of pants on Instagram and Facebook.
Now, you might remember that crotches have been making the news a lot lately. Fashion Nova were dragged after sharing an image of one of their bodysuits, which practically flossed her undercarriage. People didn't believe the model's private area could even be real and accused it of being Photoshopped.
Well these bikini bottoms aren't dissimilar, with only a strip of fabric protecting the model from an Instagram ban. The white and red and red Heron bottoms – which retail for $39.95AUD – are cut insanely high on the leg, leaving the hips completely exposed. There's even a matching t-shirt to really complete the look.

Although the model looked phenomenal in them (albeit a little in pain), a lot of women couldn't understand the logistics, like, how could you possible wear them without unleashing everything?
"Any slight movement and my lady taco will be on show," one person said, while another commented: "We've gone from plus size models to flap size models." "Usually soap and water works just fine. We don't need to floss our flaps," a third user added, and another wrote: "This is how you get thrush."
Saw this on Facebook, would need gaffer tape to keep the flaps in!!! pic.twitter.com/hPrIPoz4pk

I can't believe I just looked up #BeginningBoutique swimsuits because these women have no vaginas. It's so confusing.

If anyone is bored and in need of a belly laugh, go to Beginning Boutique on fb. The comments on their delightful dental floss-esque bikini bottoms are a joy to behold. Warning: don’t bother if you dislike the word flaps, it figures heavily
