ASOS will "blacklist" customers who return clothes repeatedly

Please, not us!
Truely, ASOS is an absolute God send most of the time. Creating ranges specifically for women with big boobs? Yep. Super quick delivery? Check. And hilarious, ridicule-worthy items (see tuna tights…). Hell yeah!
But ASOS are clearly fed up with us returning so many items and are reportedly looking into blacklisting repeat returners.
In research conducted by resource planning platform Brightpearl, ASOS were among more than 200 retailers across the UK that were asked about their biggest issues, and their answer? A huge spike in returns.
ASOS has now resorted to lurking on customers' Instagram and Facebook posts to catch out shoppers who falsely claim they have not received their items, or who wear the clothes before shipping them back.
Of course, they can't expect us to keep absolutely everything. ASOS told Cosmopolitan UK that they would only check up on customers if a fraud is suspected, which is actually only a small percentage of shoppers and is normal procedure for online retailers.
Basically, if you return your items honestly there won't be any issues.
