Just when you thought TikTok couldn't get any wilder.

The internet is obsessed with big lips and if you're not blessed with them naturally, lip fillers are the route people are going for. Lip fillers are on the rise and they're currently one of the most popular non-surgical procedures in the UK, with it accounting for 9 out of 10 procedures, according to Harley Street Aesthetics.

However, with the average price of lip fillers coming in at £150 to £300 ($185 to $370) per session, people are looking at other ways of giving themselves a fuller pout. Yes, people are actually super-gluing their top lip up to make it appear bigger and more pouty.

Much like the Kylie Jenner Challenge tapped into everyone's love of fuller lips back in 2015, this one is being hailed a saviour online. This new lip trend is a little more tame (although, still not great…) too and won't give the scary bruising like the Kylie Jenner Challenge.

It all started on TikTok with a video posted by TikTok user @chloehammock4. In the video, Chloe applies glue just above her cupid's bow and then sticks her upper lip up to make them look fuller. She then completes her transformation with Kylie Cosmetics lipstick.

The video was only posted two days ago (7 September) and already has 400,000 likes, and been viewed 4.5 million times.

Now, it's doing the rounds on Twitter and has inspired countless copycats.

Luckily, eyelash glue or super glue aren't usually too harmful to the skin and can be removed with warm soapy water, glue remover, lemon juice, acetone, oil or by carefully peeling the skin.

However, it can also cause an allergic reaction or remove the skin if pulled apart too forcefully. Also, super glue shouldn't be anywhere near your mouth because the harsh chemicals won't be great for the stomach.

Basically it's probably best to leave this one, kids.
