Jeffree Star is moving house just six months after building his bulletproof pink vault

Kiss goodbye to Jeffree Star's pink vault, guys.
Jeffree Star is selling the massive Calabasas mansion he shares with boyfriend Nathan Schwandt – including the iconic pink vault. The YouTuber bought the 7,100 square foot property a few years ago and dropped some serious cash on a custom pink closet to store all his designer goods just six months ago. However, Jeffree feels that it's now time to say goodbye to the property after finding his dream home.
Jeffree, who also owns a home in Michigan where Nathan is from, announced the news that he'd be packing up his house and putting it up for sale on Twitter. He said: "Next week Nathan and I are putting up our house for sale! We are ready for a big change... 2020 let’s fucking do this.

"We found the perfect new house only a few miles away but it’s more private, has everything we need and room to grow for our family. Praying everything goes perfect!"
A few days later, he let his fans know that the moving process had progressed. He added: "Omg we are officially in escrow as of today!!! hi new beginnings, how are ya?? I know my pink vault was just completed six months ago but... my mental health is way more important than a closet. We found our dream home and our hearts are ready for a change."
Jeffree Star's pink vault is pretty much a legend in its own right. The closet (or fortress) is made of 10,000 pounds of bulletproof stainless steel and can only be accessed using Jeffree's fingerprint and retina scan. The vault is filled with the designer items he has collected over the years, including his very expensive Birkins. It also has a panic room and Louis Vuitton wall, which are all kept under 24-hour armed guard.

My Pink VAULT Closet Tour
Jeffree's fans were shocked that he wanted to leave that all behind. However, Jeffree went into more detail about the move on his Instagram Story.
"Yes, the rumours are true. We are putting our house up for sale, on the market, next week," he explained. "We're ready for a very big change in our lives. We're ready for something a lot bigger, more private and, um, it wasn't even planned. In the middle of filming this series a lot has happened in our personal lives so me and Nathan are just so happy for the next chapter of our lives you guys. Like, this is crazy."
Jeffree said he would be discussing what will be happening with his infamous pink vault in a YouTube video, which he was filming on Thursday (7 November).
He added: "Memories are amazing because you can take them anywhere and I'm just so ready for something new – a closet is a closet. I'm ready to have new energy, so many amazing things and so many treacherous things have happened here and, um, we're ready bitch. We've been ready for months.
"We've been waiting for the right place and I think we've found it."
