The Florida Man challenge is a hilarious, new viral meme and it involves headlines...
The Florida Man challenge is the latest viral craze breaking the internet.
2019 has already blessed us with a variety of hilarious memes and challenges. Over the past few weeks alone, we have seen everything from the Ariana Grande inspired 'break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored' challenge (yeah, this one is as messy as it sounds) to the microwave challenge (we're still struggling to actually do it). Still nothing is quite as funny as the brand new Florida Man challenge.
this idea came from @ gandalfsoda on tumblr!!! pic.twitter.com/wCouGZuYjA

Like so many of the internet's best challenges, it started out on Tumblr, before making its way to Twitter and now everyone is getting involved. Inspired by the fact that Florida men are responsible for the wildest headlines on the internet, it lets you get in on the action. All you have to do is search up "Florida Man" and your birthday and see what headline you get (year not necessary".
The challenge was created by prominent Tumblr account @gandalfsoda which led to @g_pratimaaa sharing it on Twitter and the rest is history. And when you take part, the results really are crazy. From the likes of "Florida Man Doesn't Get Straw, Attacks McDonald's Employee" (Jan 2) to "Florida Man Tried to Run Over Son Because He Didn't Want to Take a Bath" (Feb 6), they're all wild.
