When Captain America shouted "Avengers Assemble", he actually meant "Avengers... ASS-emble"

There's been a lot of discourse online - and within the MCU - about who the strongest Avenger actually is. The debate will likely rage on for the rest of time (it's Captain Marvel but go off) but one thing is for certain: Captain America 100% has the best ass.

Avengers: Endgame brings up a lot of pressing issues for our remaining superheroes but none more pressing than the fact that Steve Rogers' butt is actually the best ass in America. Kim Kardashian? I don't know her. Jennifer Lopez? She wishes.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe boasts some pretty foooine specimens of the male form (and female form, tbh) but Endgame's claims about Cap's ass have sent the internet into absolute meltdown - and the memes are out of control.

During one of the time-travel moments in the film, Tony Stark, Scott Lang, Bruce Banner and Steve Rogers go back to 2012. While Bruce is off dealing with the Time Stone, Tony, Scott and Steve deal with the Space Stone - and Loki.

Tony watches from Stark Tower as the 2012 Avengers come face to face with Loki. After catching a glimpse of 2012 Cap from behind, Tony says: “Mr. Rogers, that old suit design did nothing for your ass.”

Scott, who apparently doesn't agree with the slander of Cap's ass, pipes up and reassures Steve that he looks amazing, sweetie. “You look great, Cap,” he says. “As far as I’m concerned, that’s America’s ass.” He is not wrong.

Later on, 2023 Steve comes face to face with 2012 Steve and they get into a fight. 2023 Steve manages to take down 2012 Steve and just before he leaves, he stands over his 2012 body and says “That is America’s ass."

It's not a new revelation. We have all truly BEEN knew that Steve Rogers has a phenomenal ass. The Avengers: Infinity War posters made sure of that. But Avengers: Endgame made it canon. Endgame spelled it out in spectacular self-aware style and reminded us that no matter what happens, Captain ASSmerica is truly, and always will be, that bitch.

Scott Lang was right, it really is America's ass.

FUN FACT: Steve Rogers actually ghost wrote this line in Nicki Minaj's 'Anaconda'.

USA actually stands for United States of ASS.

Avengers... ASSemble.
