Interestingly, Jisoo is the other member of the group to have grown up in South Korea, where the band was formed, which is unusual for a k-pop group and many think has to do with why the band have become to successful globally. Rosé is from New Zealand/ Australia, Jennie grew up in Seoul before studying in New Zealand and Lisa is from Thailand. However, all the girls speak fluent Korean! Picture: Instagram
