Game Of Thrones SMASHED It In The List Of Emmy Award 2016 Winners!
We don't know if you've heard of the small-time show, 'Game of Thrones' before, but it kinda won big. WHO SAW THAT COMING?! (Apart from everyone.)
While we were sat at home in our PJs, and eating all of the snacks we could possibly find, the elite of the TV world glammed up and headed down to the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, for the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel - who kinda had the show stolen from him by Matt Damon at one point - the talk show host handed out those weird angel-looking gongs to the likes of Game of Thrones, Sherlock and The Voice.

Game of Thrones walked away with the most wins, collecting three Emmy Awards, but the most nominated program was The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story, with 13 nods in total.
