The 'Born To Die' singer picked up her first BRIT Award tonight at London's O2 Arena.
Lana Del Rey has been named the winner of this year's Best International Breakthrough Act at the BRIT Awards 2012.
The 'Video Games' singer-songwriter, who released her debut album 'Born To Die' earlier this month, picked up the prestigious award tonight inLondon (21st February).
Lana won out over fellow nominees Nicki Minaj, Foster The People, Bon Iver and Aloe Blacc and accepted the award in person at London's O2 Arena.
"This award means much more to me than you know and I just want to say that without the support from everyone in the UK I would be lost," Lana said while accepting the award. "I love you. And thank you to my managers and everyone at Interscope. Thank you."
Tonight's BRIT Awards ceremony has already seen Adele, Rihanna, Foo Fighters, and Coldplay pick up awards while Ed Sheeran has been presented with two both Best British Male and Best British Breakthrough Act.
Capital will be coming live from the BRIT Awards in London all day on Tuesday (21st February).
