RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [FORT KINNAIRD EASTER PROMO] ("the Competition") which will run from [4^TH APRIL] to [7^TH APRIL] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [CAPITAL]

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition: Experiential

1. To enter the competition an entrant must head to the [Capital Street Stars] at [FORT KINNAIRD, 32 FLEMING HOUSE, NEWCRAIGHALL, EDINBURGH, EH15 3^RD] on [4^TH – 7^TH APRIL] between [12PM – 4PM], and  [STREET STARS will randomly approach shoppers every 15 minutes and offer them the chance to choose an egg which will contain 1 of the following prizes:

-        6 x £100 Pandora Gift Card = £600

-        8 x £100 Homesense Gift Card = £800

-        4 x £50 Friday’s Gift Cards = £200

-        5 x £20 Hotel Chocolat Gift Cards = £100

-        5 x £20 Nando’s Vouchers = £100

-        5 x £20 New Look Vouchers = £100

-        5 x £20 Next Vouchers = £100

-        10 x Wagamama £15 vouchers

-        10 x Five Guys £20 vouchers

-        5 x Primark £20 vouchers

-        2 x Bread Meats Bread £20 vouchers

Eligibility: 

4.     Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

5.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will not be allowed.  

Prize: 

6.     Winner will win [ONE of above listed prizes at random, depending what chosen egg contains]  

7.     Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

8.     Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
