RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Capital’s Grand Prom’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 11th October 2018  to 25th October 2018 on Capital East Midlands (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and answer a question correctly.  Online entry will open at 00:00  on 11th October 2018 and close at 23:59 on 25th October 2018. You can also enter with the Capital Street Stars at Primark Nottingham on 24th October 2018 between 08:00- 19:30 and 25th October 2018 between 08:00-18:30. 

4.    A winner will be selected at random from all correct eligible entries.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants must be born in 2002 or 2003.

6.    Entrants will be asked to provide photo ID confirming their date of birth, Any entrants not eligible will be excluded from the draw.

7.    Entrants must reside within an NG postcode.

8.    Entrants must seek parent or guardian permission prior to entering the competition.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person either online or with the Capital Street Stars; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.  One winner will receive the following Grand prom prize package: £500 cheque and £500 gift cards.

•    £500 cash to spend on your Prom outfit and transport (this will be in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner and sent out within 28 days of the winner being informed)
•    £150 Beauty Temple Gift Card  (valid for 12 months from date of issue). Valid in all Nottingham branches- West Bridgford, Mapperley or the City Centre Branch . Gift card will be posted to the winner.
•    £350 Intu Gift cards (valid for 12 months from date of issue). Gift card can be used at any Intu. Gift card will be posted to the winner.

11.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
