CAPITAL FM EAST MIDLANDS
FEBURARY/MARCH 2011 RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm/eastmidlands.co.uk apply to “the weekend breakfast promotion” on Capital FM East Midlands radio competition ("the Competition") which will be from weekend of 5th and 6th March, 19th and 20th March, 2nd and 3rd April 2011   

The "Participating Radio Station" is Capital FM East Midlands
By entering this Competition, anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

1. Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter by texting GET baby to 83598 for the chance to win a city break. Local text rates apply some networks may vary. Opening and closing times for lines will be announced by the presenters.
1.2 A text will be selected at random and caller brought to answer a multiple choice question based on the destination the prize is for to win on Saturday and Sunday
1.3    All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of Global Radio and the Participating Radio Station.
 
2.Eligibility
2.1 Any employees of Global Radio, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.
2.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.
2.3 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Global Radio discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, Global Radio reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.
2.4  An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself.  In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.

3. Prize
3.1 All decisions of the Global Radio and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.2 The prize is a 2 night city break to either Amsterdam, Ibiza or Malaga for 2 people. The prize excludes any transfers to and from the airport. Includes flights and 3* accommodation
