Fancy a trip to the big apple to see one of Capital’s biggest stars? Well this prize is for you! If you’re the highest bidder on this auction lot you’ll be whisked off to New York with a friend for a luxury week long holiday. And you’ll get tickets to Katy Perry’s gig at Madison Square Garden.
On 13th November 2011 you’ll fly on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines return economy flights from London Heathrow to New York, via Amsterdam. When you reach New York you’ll stay at a sophisticated, luxurious hotel - The Waldorf Astoria Hotel – centrally located on Park Avenue. Heads of state and US presidents normally stay here, so you'll be in good company! You’re within easy walking distance of great shopping on Madison and 5th Avenues – perfect for a spot of Christmas shopping.
But that’s not all you’re here for – on Wednesday 16th November you’ll be heading off to see the one and only Katy Perry perform her vast range of hits in concert at Madison Square Garden.
Then on 17th November you’ll head back to London with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, landing at London Heathrow on 18th November. Those lovely people at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, who operate flights daily via Amsterdam, are even covering the cost of the taxes!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
2 tickets to see Katy Perry at Madison Square Gardens on Wednesday 16th November 2011.
1 x winner to win a trip to New York with 4 star accommodation included.
Trip includes 2 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines operated return economy flights from London Heathrow to New York City via Amsterdam, including taxes.
Flying out on 13th November 2011, leaving NYC on 17th November 2011 landing London Heathrow 18th November 2011. Winner will depart from London Heathrow only on the allocated dates. No alternative departure airport will be offered.
Flights are via Amsterdam Schiphol in Economy Class, including taxes and fees. The prizes can only be redeemed subject to specific booking class availability and in line with the general conditions of carriage and tariff conditions of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, available at www.klm.com. There is no cash alternative and flights are non refundable or exchangeable.
Flights are valid on dates supplied only. No alternative dates will be offered. Cannot be exchanged for any other prizes or services for equal or lesser value or for cash. The prize is non-transferable. No frequent flyer Miles will be credited for the prize flights. Please note the following relating to the prize tickets:
(i) Each of the two prize return tickets must be used together.
(ii) An adult must accompany any child travelling.
(iii) The prize destination cannot be changed.
(iv) The winner is responsible for any taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize.
(v) The Winner must reside in the UK and depart from one of KLM's UK departure airports. KLM reserves the right to request written proof of residency and the age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.
(vi) Tickets are restricted, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any sector missed will invalidate the ticket.
(vii) All tickets are subject to the Conditions of Carriage of KLM available on www.klm.com.
(viii) In the event of there being any conflict between these Terms and Conditions with those of Global Radio (Capital) concerning this competition then these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines reserves the right, due to acts of nature or reasons beyond their control, to change the type of prize in the course of the competition or to replace the prize with a different prize of equal value. Under no circumstances shall this alternative lead to replacement or refund.
Personal data gathered for the purpose of this competition will be handled in confidence in line with the Data Protection Act (see privacy policy statement at www.klm.com).
Liability and Applicable Law
Judges' decision is final. The liability of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is limited exclusively to the value of the chosen prize. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines shall not be held liable for possible disruption to Internet services or related links occurring due to unpermitted data sharing or illegal acts, which in turn result in disruptions of administrative procedures and security and organisation of the competition. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines shall also not be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion or loss of e-mails. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines shall not be held liable for Internet congestion, equipment quality of the Internet user, quality of Internet connection nor transfer delays resulting from this. The laws of England and Wales applies to this promotion and to these Terms and Conditions.
