Are Peter Parker and MJ endgame? Here's what Tom Holland and Zendaya had to say about their relationship.
After the catastrophic and devastating events of Avengers: Endgame, you'll be pleased to know that Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon and Jake Gyllenhaal have delivered an even better follow-up to 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming that'll make you laugh, scream and definitely NOT cry. (Well, you might cry... I don't know your life.)
Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place a short while after the events of Endgame. Peter Parker is still coming to terms with Tony Stark's death, most of their classmates deal with returning from the blip (including Ned and MJ), chaos ensues, Jake Gyllenhaal shows up as Mysterio trying to save the world BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: there's romance. There's a looooooot of romance. Romance everywhere. Expected romance. Unexpected romance. Romance you didn't even know you needed.

Luckily for you, we caught up with Tom, Zendaya and Jacob ahead of the release of Far From Home and we grilled them about Peter and MJ's relationship (and Ned's love life!) - and whether or not they are ~dun dun dunnnnnnn~ ENDGAME.
So, where do Peter and MJ find themselves, their feelings and the state of their awkward friendship in Far From Home? "Serious romance..." said Zendaya, before Tom followed up with "Childish love. Awkward love." (I'm literally already squealing.)
"It's cute, I think the director really just wanted to portray the most accurate representation of puppy love..." said Tom. "So that's why they're very awkward when they're around each other."
"And it's also just reality you know, when you're that age and you are kind of figuring out how to communicate your feelings to other people," Zendaya continued.
And now for the million dollar question: Are 👏 Peter 👏 and 👏 MJ 👏 endgame?
"Well Endgame ended in such tragedy!" said Tom before Zendaya clarified, "So maybe not that Endgame!"
