RULES


1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Wilko radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 27th August 2018 to Sunday 9th September 2018 on Capital Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 27th August 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 9th September 2018.

4. Entrants will be required to answer a multiple choice question for the chance to win. 

5. The winner will be picked at random and chosen from all correct entries.

6. The winner will be notified no later than 2 working days after the closing date of the competition and will be contacted by either telephone or email.

7. The winner will have 5 working days to respond and accept the prize. If there is no response by this time, Wilko reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Entrants must not engage in or be connected with any conduct that may bring Wilko or its products into disrepute. 

Eligibility:

9. Entrants must be 18 or over.

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

11. The competition is open to mainland UK residents, excluding employees of Wilko or any other organisation linked to the prize draw in any way.

12. All entries are subject to approval by Wilko. Wilko reserves the right to reject any entries without reason or prior notice.

Prize:

13. One winner will receive a 32gb iPad and £250 wilko gift card.   

14. The iPad, 32gb will be sent to winners given address and may require to be signed for.

15. The £250 wilko Gift Card must be be used within 12 months of winning

16. The prize is non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.

17. The winner will receive their prize within 30 days of responding and accepting it.

18. Entrants consent to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the competition.

19. Wilko accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to prizes, (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the competition (as far as possible under applicable law)

20. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
