Find The Fiesta Five

RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Find The Fiesta Five’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 23rd-28th September 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Birmingham.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must: Spot the 5 x Fiestas branded vehicles which will be driving around the West Midlands between 23rd & 27th September 2013. Entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 23rd September and close at 13.00 on Friday 27th September.
4. Those who spot one of the vehicles will then text the keyword which is displayed on the car to shortcode number 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
5. Each day we will randomly select 20 numbers from those who have text in. We will do 5 x rolling draws in total across the week selecting 100 winners overall.
6. All valid unsuccessful entries from each day will carried over and valid for the next days draw and so on across the week.
7. All finalists will be called and invited to attend the final on Saturday 28th September at Motorpoint Birmingham, Litchfield Road, Birmingham B6 5SU from 11.00.
8. Clues to the location of the cars will be given online (as directed by the presenters).
9. At the final we will have all 100 contestants mobile phone numbers. On the day we will randomly select and call 5 x mobile numbers from the 100 finalists. If the finalist answers the phone to us they will be one of the 5 grand finalists. If a finalist does not answer their phone then another finalist will be chosen to replace them.
10. Those 5 winners will then be asked to stand in front of a Fiesta. They’ll each be given an audio device (CD or Mp3 player) chosen at random. They’ll then be asked, one by one, to go into a selected Fiesta and play the audio device through the car entertainment system. 4 of those devices will have nothing on them but one will have a fanfare/winners message. Whichever finalist plays this audio wins the brand new Ford Fiesta.
Eligibility:
11. All entrants must be 18 or over and have a valid driving license
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
13. All finalists must be present at the final on Saturday 28th September at Motorpoint Birmingham, Litchfield Road, Birmingham B6 5SU from 11am and answer their phone at the venue if called.
Prize:
14. Ford Fiesta 1.25 82 Style 5dr with Air Conditioning in Race Red colour, 12 months road tax, five day drive away insurance from Aviva (which needs 24 hours to come into affect) and an on the road price of £12,100. Long term Insurance not included.
15. The car will be available for collection at the Motorpoint Birmingham dealership within 28 days of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence.
16. The winner is responsible for insuring the car beyond dealers five day drive away insurance and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
