RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Travel Republic Breakfast’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 1st February 2016 to Friday 5th February 2016 on Capital FM Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message as instructed on air by the presenters, to a station shortcode (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open and close at the times specified by the presenter on air.
4. A celebrity clue will be read out on air by presenters.
5. One entrant will be selected each day, at random from all the correct entries received each day and awarded their prize.
6. Winning Entrants must be available on the day that they enter the competition (from Monday 1st February to Friday 5th February 2016) to come to air for a winning moment. The winning entrants will be required to talk to a Capital Radio presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.

7. Text entry is restricted to one entry per person, per day; any duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
8. Entrants must be over 18 years old and be a UK resident.
9. It is the prize-winners’ responsibility to ensure they are in possession of a valid passport and any health documents they may require for the country they are visiting, failure to do so can result in traveller being refused entry.
10. This competition is not open to Travel Republic employees or those of the companies contributing prizes.

11. Each winning entrant will win a holiday for two (specific prize terms and conditions below).
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
Prize Terms & Conditions:
Day 1 - Majorca, Hotel Viva Rey Don Jaime
Prize Includes:
1. The winner of the prize draw will receive a 7 night stay at the Hotel Viva Rey Don Jaime in Majorca for 2 people on a bed and breakfast board basis.
2. The winner will also receive up to £950 towards the booking of flights, transfers and insurance for this holiday for 2 people. This value will be applied to your booking and can be redeemed against only these services. This value is not refundable or redeemable in any other way. Should the total cost of your flights, transfers and insurance come to less than this amount, the remaining value will not be redeemable. This value has been estimated on the basis of two people travelling during the travel dates outlined below, as per prices on 15th January 2016. Flight prices can fluctuate.
3. The £950 for flights, transfers and insurance is the total value provided by Travel Republic and the winner would need to pay any additional costs for these services if flight prices increase.
4. Details of the prize are as described. Travel Republic will provide the hotel, flights, transfer and insurance only. If any further services or upgrades are required this can be requested and paid for by the prize winner if available.
5. This prize is valid for stays between 19th Feb and 31st May or 1st and 30th Oct 2016. This prize cannot be used outside of these dates.
6. Each prize must be claimed within 14 days booked within 30 days of being notified, after which Travel Republic reserves the right to re-use the prize.
7. Non-winners will not be contacted however the name of the prize winner will be announced.
8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
9. Hotel and flight prizes are subject to availability and travel dates may be restricted by the travel provider.
10. Travel Republic reserves the right to request a short review of the hotel and flight prizes which may be featured on our company blog or social media.
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material.
Day 2 - Lisbon, Mundial Hotel
Prize Includes:
1. The winner of the prize draw will receive a 3 night stay at the Mundial Hotel in Lisbon for 2 people on a bed and breakfast board basis.
2. The winner will also receive up to £700 towards the booking of flights, transfers and insurance for this holiday for two people. This value will be applied to your booking and can be redeemed against only these services. This value is not refundable or redeemable in any other way. Should the total cost of your flights, transfers and insurance come to less than this amount, the remaining value will not be redeemable. This value has been estimated on the basis of two people travelling during the travel dates outlined below, as per prices on 15th January 2016. Flight prices can fluctuate.

This value will be applied to your booking and can be redeemed against only these services. This value is not refundable or redeemable in any other way. This value will be applied to your booking and can be redeemed against only these services. This value is not refundable or redeemable in any other way. Should the total cost of your flights, transfers and insurance come to less than this amount, the remaining value will not be redeemable. 6. The prize cannot be taken from 1st July to 19th September, New Year season or on festive or congress days, these include: 1st Jan, 4th-6th Feb, 9th Feb, 25th March, 27th March, 25th April, 01st May, 10th Jun, 7th-9th Oct, 9th-12th Nov, 08th Dec and 24th-25th Dec.
