Wretch 32 Says Cheryl Cole IS A "Cool Woman" While Talking About Romance Rumours

The 'Forgiveness' rapper has opened up about the reports linking him to Cheryl in 2012.

Wretch 32 says the paparazzi attention he experienced last year amid rumours he was dating Cheryl Cole was "crazy".

The 'Don't Go' rapper worked with Cheryl on a song called 'Screw You' from her 2012 album 'A Million Lights', and has described the UK singer as a "cool woman".

"That was crazy," Wretch told The Sun, when asked about the rumours. "To be honest I wasn't ready for that level of exposure.

"It's a whole new world," the rapper continued. "I had to imagine what that level of interest must be like for her, that's what I took from the experience."

Despite the rumours being false, Wretch has said he does admire the former Girls Aloud star for how well she's done in the business.

"She's a cool woman, we went for meal and she gave me some good advice," he added. "i took a lot of it on board."

Cheryl is currently out in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Tre Holloway, having confirmed she has no plans to record new music for the time being and just wants to enjoy her time off.

Wretch 32 is currently riding high on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with his single 'Blackout' and is expected to return with a new album later this year.
