The 'Scream' star faces his demons in the emotionally charged video for his latest single release.
Usher deals with his inner turmoil in the emotional music video for his new single 'Numb'.
The 'Climax' singer is seen performing inside a glass box in the latest video from his recent album 'Looking 4 Myself', as he sings in front of images of moving traffic and morning skies.
The 'Numb' video opens with footage from his concert in Berlin in January 2011, which he was forced to cancel after falling ill, and a voiceover from the R&B star is heard saying, "I feel like a failure. Hopeless. Paralysed. Lonely."
Usher is also seen playing with his two children at various points in the promo, as well as waiting by the bedside of a hospital patient in one scene.
Directed by Chris Applebaum and Grace Harry, the video is Usher's fourth single release from his seventh album, after 'Climax', 'Scream' and 'Lemme See'.
Usher is set to officially release' Numb' as his new single on 4th November.
