The 'Climax' singer admits that he will be backing the American leader in the upcoming November elections.
Usher has offered a public display of support to US President Barack Obama ahead of the November elections.
The 'Scream' singer took to his Twitter account to tell his followers that he has always backed the American leader, and will continue to do so going forward.
"Was, have, and will continue to support one of the greatest presidents America has ever had," he tweeted.
He also posted a similar message to call him equally "courageous" and uploaded a picture of the pair at a political event.
Lady Gaga and Maroon 5's Adam Levine were also full of praise for the President after his speech to accept the Democratic Party Presidential Nomination earlier this month.
The singer was also among the star performers for the Obama inauguration celebration back in 2009.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z and Beyonce recently displayed their support to Obama, as they hosted a fundraiser for his re-election campaign – raising $4 million for the cause.
The President spoke at the event to thank the showbiz couple and said Beyonce was the perfect role model for his two daughters.
