Union J's George Shelley On Selena Gomez Romance Rumours: "She's Very Lovely"

The 'Beautiful Life' singer says it's a "tough situation" while addressing rumours he is dating the US star.

Union J's George Shelley has opened up about rumours he has started dating US superstar Selena Gomez.

The 'Carry You' singers got to support the 'Come & Get It' star on one of her 'Stars Dance' tour dates recently, fuelling rumours of a potential romance in the works between the pair.

"Selena's one of the classiest girls I've ever met and I love class in girls," George revealed in the new issue of Now magazine. "She's a superstar."

However, when pressed as to whether there was any truth to rumours he and Selena were dating, the boy band star remained coy.

"She's very busy and [Union J are] just starting out," he explained. "It's a tough situation. But she's very lovely."

"We just chatted, all of us were there," George explained, when asked about the band hanging out with Selena in Portugal last month. "It was lovely of her to invite us back to her place, but it was a private thing."

Union J launch new single 'Beautiful Life' on 21st October with their self-titled album following on 28th October.
