My Chemical Romance announce first UK show in nine years at Milton Keynes stadium

My Chemical Romance will be performing at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes in June.
My Chemical Romance have answered their fans' prayers by announcing their first ever UK stadium show in Milton Keynes.
My Chemical Romance are back. The band broke the internet last October by tweeting out a link for fans to purchase tickets to their first concert in seven years at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles on December 20, 2019. MCR have since released tickets for shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. In other words, the My Chemical Romance reunion is in full swing.

And now MCR have added to the comeback excitement by sharing a video confirming that they will be performing their first UK show since 2011. Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Frank Iero and Ray Toro will play the National Bowl on June 20, 2020.
Taking to Twitter this morning (Jan 20), My Chemical Romance wrote: "An Offering... #MCRMK". They also posted the tweet with a mysterious video in which you can see a masked person wearing a black hood and cloak, roaming around the woods. It then ends with the person arriving at a pentagram painted on the forest floor and throwing a dagger into the middle of it.
The final shot of the video includes a cross logo with symbols of a candle, a hand, a sun and a raindrop (?) in each corner. It also confirms their brand new UK stadium show: "My Chemical Romance, Stadium MK, June 2020, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom". Tickets for the concert go on sale at 9:30AM (GMT) this Friday (Jan 24) and you can purchase them: HERE.

MCR performed all their biggest hits at their concert in LA in 2019, including 'Welcome to the Black Parade', 'Teenagers' and 'I'm Not Okay (I Promise)'. We imagine they will do the same in Milton Keynes. The band are yet to announce if they intend to release new music but fans already think that the band are teasing a sequel to their 2006 album The Black Parade.
Tickets are limited to six tickets per person standing and four tickets per person seating. The Milton Keynes Bowl has a maximum capacity of over 66,000 people. It's currently unclear if the show is a standalone date or part of a UK tour.
