The Wanted Beat One Direction To Win Best Group At Virgin Media Awards 2013

The 'I Found You' five-piece were voted the winners by one million members of the British public.
The Wanted have beaten One Direction to be named Best Group at this week's Virgin Media Awards 2013.
The 'Glad You Came' stars were voted winners of this year's award at the annual ceremony, which was voted for by a million members of the UK public.
Max George, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes, Tom Parker and Siva Kaneswaran picked up the gong after a heated battle with the 'Live While We're Young' stars, winning by a margin of just 0.08%.
"This is amazing, thank you so much to every one of you that voted like maniacs you frikking rock!!" The Wanted tweeted, after hearing news of their win while out in Los Angeles.
The Virgin Media Awards also saw Justin Bieber win two gongs for Best Solo Artist and Best Album for 'Believe', while Katy Perry's 'Wide Awake' won Best Video.

The 'Chasing The Sun' five-piece are currently out in California after flying out earlier this month in between work on their third studio album, the follow-up to 2011's 'Battleground'.
The Wanted recently announced plans to launch their own reality show in conjunction with US network E!, which will follow them as they live in a Hollywood mansion for a month.
