The boys stopped off on the road yesterday to help a woman who had crashed her car.
So it turns out… our #CapitalJBB stars The Script really ARE 'Superheroes' after all!
The boys may not have been wearing capes, but last night they proved you don't need spandex to jump to the rescue of a damsel in distress.
The Script's Danny, Mark and Glen were on the way to a gig on the M40 motorway last night (4th December) when they stopped to help a woman out of her crashed car.
"Swear I saw @thescript @TheScript_Danny running across the M40 to try and help a lady who was stuck in a crashed car?!?!" band fan Hayley Cockman tweeted last night.
Danny was quick to respond, confirming the rescue: "Yeah thank god she was alright, hit the barrier and spun out, got her out as the engine was starting to smoke."
"We had to do it or it could have been v v bad," The Script's Mark Sheehan later tweeted. "She's ok now and that's the main thing. Her car is totalled."
