Taylor Swift Says She "Respects" One Direction's Music Amid Harry Styles Dating Rumours

The 'Red' singer says she loves the band's catchy riffs as she continues to be linked with boy band member.

Taylor Swift has confessed that she is a big fan of One Direction's music as speculation over her relationship with band member Harry Styles continues to escalate. 

The 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer has been linked to the Boy band star several times this year - most recently after he apparently visited her on the set of The X Factor USA with the country singer's mum. 

Speaking to The Sun, she said she had "respect" for the group and their music.

"I respect a great catchy riff – you can't get them out of your head," the 'Love Story' singer said. 

Taylor recently split from boyfriend Conor Kennedy and has dated several high profile male celebrities in the past, including Twilight's Taylor Lautner, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhall. 

The singer was also rumoured to have been looking at properties in North London to be closer to her rumoured new beau.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported this week that Harry is preparing a visit to his parents with his apparent new flame. 

One Direction will also be back in the UK next month for this year's Jingle Bell Ball, performing live from the O2 Arena on 8th December on a line-up which includes the likes of JLS, Bruno Mars and Cheryl Cole.
