Taylor Swift Worries Men Are Intimated By Her: "I'm Still Quite Old-Fashioned"

The '22' star has revealed her views on romance and what she looks for in a potential love interest.

Taylor Swift has revealed she worries that men are intimated by her success and fame and are put off trying to chat her up.

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' opened up about her views on romance this week while admitting she is a little "old-fashioned" and likes men to come up to her rather than the other way around.

"At least I suppose it might be intimidating," Taylor reveals according to Hello! magazine this week. "It's not like I would look at a guy and say, 'Hey are you intimidated by me?'

"I think that would be highly uncool on my part!" the US star explained. "I tend not to be the one to start conversations with guys anyway, I'm a little more old-fashioned than that.

"I assume that if someone is interested in me they will come up and talk to me, and if they want to call me up afterwards then they will," Taylor added.

The US star has had a string of high profile romances over the past several years including the likes of Harry Styles and John Mayer.

Taylor Swift is currently working on her new studio album and revealed last week that the record is "way ahead of schedule".
