The '22' singer has admitted the two stars are still in contact with each other.
Taylor Swift has played down speculation she and Jennifer Lopez are preparing to record a collaboration.
Rumours first surfaced recently that the pair were planning a team-up after Jennifer joined Taylor on stage for a duet of 'Jenny From The Block' during the '22' star's Staples Center show in August.
However, Taylor has now confirmed they haven't even spoken about recording together, but admits they are still in contact.
"Um, that's the rumour!" Taylor told E! News when asked about the recent claims. "We collaborated at Staples Center, she came up and and 'Jenny From The Block' with me, which was so much fun.
"We haven't spoken further about ever collaborating but I did read that on the Internet," Taylor explained. "So that's nice to know, that it's always accurate!
"I mean, for me, I love her, she's amazing," Taylor continued, before teasing; "She has my number, we text.
"But we haven't texted about going in the studio!" she added.
Taylor Swift picked up six nominations in total this week for the CMA Awards 2013.
