The 'Love Story' singer hit the stage at the annual event in Nashville for her debut performance of the track.
Taylor Swift was seen performing her new song 'Begin Again' at the CMA Awards 2012 last night (1st November).
The country star emerges from a doorway to deliver the emotional rendition of her 'Red' album track in front of a Paris backdrop.
The official video for the song was also filmed on location in France and follows on from the success of her single 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.
The singer looked glamorous on the red carpet in one of her first public displays since splitting form boyfriend Conor Kennedy.
The big winner on the night was The Voice coach Blake Shelton as he scooped Entertainer Of The Year and wife Miranda Lambert trumped Taylor to take home the top female Vocalist prize.

Taylor Swift's new album has also this week become the biggest weekly selling record since 2002 after she shifted 1.2 million copies.
