Taylor Swift Shares Picture Of Her Aged 6 In Bid To Win Votes For The ACM Awards 2013

The 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer is up for Entertainer Of The Year at the awards show.

Taylor Swift has treated fans to a childhood picture of herself in a bid to secure a gong at the Academy Of Country Music Awards 2013 next month.

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer arrived in New York City this week as she continues to take her 'Red' tour across North America, but took some time out to pitch for a win in the category for Entertainer Of The Year.

Taylor tweeted out a picture of herself at the age of 6 brandishing a large bat and dressed in a green and yellow bathing suit, with an angry look on her face, alongside the slogan: "Do Ittttt!"

"ACTM voting for Entertainer of the Year has officially started," Taylor tweeted last night (26th March). "Let 6 year-old me convince you."

On Tuesday '22' singer Taylor was also pictured enjoying a day out in the Big Apple, where she wrapped up on an olive green woollen coat, black leggings and a brown hat for her trip around the city.

Taylor Swift is now taking her 'Red' tour across the continent with support from UK singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

The Academy Of Country Music Awards 2013 takes place on Sunday 7th April with Kelly Clarkson and Hunter Hayes both set to perform live.
