The country star's hit 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' holds onto the top spot.
Taylor Swift has hit the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for the second week running with her latest single 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.
The country star's track has now sold nearly a million copies, following its record sales last week, and is the first time Swift has had a song at number one on the US chart.
Elsewhere on the chart, Flo Rida's 'Whistle' enjoyed its 15th week on the chart in the number two spot and Ellie Goulding remains at three with 'Lights'.
Taylor's forthcoming new album, 'Red', will be released in late October and features a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, who recently described the American as the "perfect" musician.
She is also set to debut her single for the first time live at the MTV VMAs 2012 on the 6th of September.
Other artists making an appearance are One Direction and Alicia Keys.
Meanwhile, the 'Love Story' singer will premiere the official music video to 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' later today (30th August) and recently unveiled a teaser clip from the promo.
