OK, we need this to happen right now!!
We could be getting a Matty Healy and Taylor Swift collaboration if the 1975 frontman gets his own way – and we're so ready for it. Matty recently said he'd would love to hop on an acoustic country record with the 'ME!' singer and even produce her next album.

Matty appeared on Neil Griffiths' podcast The Green Room on Monday (23 September) and Taylor was the hot topic. Matty said that some singers "aren’t really saying anything" about world issues but he wasn't talking about Taylor indirectly.
"I would never talk bad about Taylor Swift. Taylor, I want to produce your next album," he said. "Imagine Taylor making an intimate return to country. Can’t imagine anything that would sell more. If you want someone to help with an acoustic record I'm here."
Matty followed up his statement with a tweet saying he’d love to see Taylor record some Bruce Springsteen and Joni Mitchell classics. He tweeted: "Taylor Swift. With an acoustic guitar. Doing her 'Nebraska'. Doing her 'Blue'. Kill me."

Taylor hasn't publicly responded to Matty's offer but if she decides to accept we might be in for a wait. Taylor only released her seventh studio album Lover in August and she's just revealed dates for her upcoming Lover Fest and European festival tour. It's safe to say, she's pretty busy.
