After breaking records left, right and centre, Taylor Swift's Midnights continues to dominate music streaming services and social media platforms. Fans have already claimed their favourite tracks, but one song in particular has really resonated with a lot of people.
'Bigger Than The Whole Sky', which features on the 3am Edition of the album, is an emotional and heartbreaking ballad that appears to explore grief, loss and the thought of never getting to meet who someone may have become.
Like several other tracks on the album, Taylor has yet to share what 'Bigger Than the Whole Sky' is actually about. Still, listeners who have lost loved ones have really connected with the song – particularly those who have experienced miscarriages and child loss.

On the track's chorus, Taylor sings: "Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye/You were bigger than the whole sky/You were more than just a short time/And I've got a lot to pine about/I've got a lot to live without/I'm never gonna meet/What could've been, would've been/What should've been you/What could've been, would've been you."
Those lyrics have now gone viral on TikTok, with people sharing their experiences of pregnancy loss on the platform. Elsewhere on social media, others are also explaining how they are relating to the song and finding comfort in it.

i dont think Bigger Than the Whole Sky is a type of song people should fight about. it's about grief, and however you can relate to it is valid. whether it's a miscarriage, death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship that you know would've lasted your whole life, etc.
