The Take That singer predicts a big future for his fellow The X Factor judge.
Gary Barlow has said he believes that his fellow The X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos will go on to become a "massive star".
The Take That singer has teamed up with the N-Dubz performer on the charity single for this year's Children In Need Appeal.
The track, a cover of Massive Attack's 'Teardrop', also features Rizzle Kicks and Jingle Bell Ball performers Labrinth and Ed Sheeran.
It marks the first time that Gary has teamed up with Tulisa away from The X Factor – and the 'Progress' singer has predicted big things.
"Tulisa is on the main chorus and she sounds great. It's great for us she's not got a record out for Christmas. She's going to be a massive star.
"My working relationship with her is brilliant, really good. When the idea of this came up, I thought, 'Well, I'm on a chair next to her most of the day, so I'll just ask her.'
"And she was totally up for it straight away. She's a really instinctive girl. She knows immediately whether she likes something or not."
He added that Tulisa had helped introduce him to Wretch 32, who also features on the song.
