Take That in 'Hall of Fame'

Take That have been inducted into the Q "Hall of Fame".

The award was bestowed on the group, now complete with Robbie again, at the Grosvenor House hotel in Mayfair.

The big winner at the event was Florence and the Machine who won Best Female, beating Lady Gaga and Best Track for You Got The Love.

Plan B was named breakthrough artist and received his award from Charlotte Church.

Some of the classic awards went to Crowded House frontman Neil Finn (Q classic songwriter award); Suede (Q inspiration award); Bryan Ferry (Q icon) and Madness (Q idol).

Paolo Nutini was named best male, Green Day took best live act. Kasabian were named best act in the world today.
