Rudimental Bring John Newman To Summertime Ball 2013
9 June 2013, 21:26
The Wembley Stadium crowd proved they could 'Feel The Love' in Rudimental's high-energy set.
Piers, Kesi, Amir and DJ Locksmith, otherwise known as Rudimental, took Wembley Stadium by storm this evening (9th June) with their first #CapitalSTB performance.
Playing their recent smash 'Waiting All Night' from their No. 1 album, 'Home', the boys also performed their 2012 hit, 'Feel The Love'.
Performance Review: Taking over the Wembley Stadium stage from Jessie J, the boys gave the crowd a clue as to what they might be performing, kicking off their two-song set by shouting: "We've been 'Waiting All Night' for you London!" Before giving the 80,000 fans time to recover from a buzzing performance with Ella Eyre, out came the trumpet for a brassy performance of last year's smash hit, 'Feel The Love'. The entire stadium rose to their feet as the beat dropped and the crowd danced to the catchy tune.
The Song When Everyone Was Fangirling: 'Feel The Love', when almost everyone in the crowd made heart shapes with their hands and held them to the sky.
What Was Rudimental Wearing: From topless to tuxedo jackets, Rudimental rocked a range of looks on stage, with John Newman sporting a black jacket to complement the white streak in his hair. Ella Eyre wore a green jacket with jeans.
The Most OMG Moment: When the trumpets blasted out in 'Feel The Love' and 80,000 people couldn't help but dance.
Setlist: Waiting All Night feat. Ella Eyre, Feel The Love feat. John Newman
